Dear Dr. Eskesen and Dr. Davidson, plus all else who has helped out with Holly at Hawthorne Hills.
Thank you so much for all of your help, support and care for Holly since she has been sick. Holly is starting to feel a little bit better and hopefully she will pull through this infection. All the time spent on the phone and in the office really makes a difference.
