Thank you for your gentle care of Ozzy. I remember your wonderful smile when finally Ozzy allowed you to give him an injection – no muzzle – wow! Your care resulted in his improved/less frightened response with other people. Ozzy began to wag his tail at people. No other vet previously took the time – had the patience – or cared enough to work with him.
